One, second shot shows she is not wearing shoes. Two, it is clear what is going on here. Formal picture, “Kelly get out of the way”. But she wants a shot for herself....understand it completely. The shots of her there should never have gotten out.

Agreed. Whoever took that photo didn't have the sense (or maybe they did) to see it was unflattering.
