Those of us who like President Trump (like 99.99% of us on this thread) recognize it was a completely innocent moment.
She was simply capturing an image on a cellphone and needed a better angle for the camera to fit everyone into the frame.

At the same time, she does not need to be the photographer. Have someone else handle that easy task.
No need to invite nonsense, unless this was a brilliant plan to distract the leftwing media while other important executive orders happens during the furor. :-)
