It is not Paul Ryan. The entire Republican Party in Congress installed him. He reflects what all the Republicans want. I do not except even the few whom we praise from time to time. They make a good showing for effect but what they want overall is reflected in their determination that Ryan must be their boss.
Funny how they repealed Obamacare frequently when there was no chance Obama would sign it into law.

If he can’t effectively lead congress then he should be replaced by someone who will implement what the voters want.
