A black waitress who received thousands of dollars in donations after she claimed she received a racist note and no tip from a patron last month fabricated the incident, the customer claims.
Kelly Carter, a waitress at Anita’s New Mexico Cafe in Ashburn, Va., claimed that a white man stiffed her on his $30.52 restaurant bill and wrote “Great service, don’t tip black people” at the bottom of his receipt.
But the note was forged, says Daniel Hebda, a lawyer for the customer.

People actually sent the waitress money? Even if this was true, too bad would it be better if the customer didn’t tip you just because they were cheap? Just get over it if you don’t get a tip.
Nope. Leftists dont care. If they have to fake the conflict it doesnt matter, because they want a predetermined change based on the conflict. And any personal gain associated with it.

If you want some real insights into the "mind" of the present-day inner-city American black youth, just watch "The First 48" for a week or so. Or until it makes you projectile puke, whichever comes first. You'll never hear another "teen" jerk claim that "black lives matter" without stifling a knowing, sardonic grin.
This is a whole new breed Trump has to try to deal with, the true legacy of Obama/Holder/Lynch. I'm not sure there's a peaceful solution to be had for the worst of them.

Your second paragraph reminds me of Pat Buchanan’s thoughts on what the slaves received from the deal. The greatest of which, is Christian Salvation through The Lord Jesus Christ. There will be multitudes of blacks in Heaven who would otherwise have been eternally lost. That does NOT excuse slavery, but it does show how God can bring good even out of something intrinsically evil.

There’s not. With a 72% illegitimacy rate, and that’s after 300,000 or so abortions per year, there is no way to go but down. Instead, the NAACP still wants to play the victim card, even in this story, it “stands behind” the waitress. Gee, imagine that? A racist organization “standing behind” a fellow bigot who can’t even be honest about actual events, and instead, profits from her lies and bigotry.
This will not end well. We have been seeing the repercussions for the past 50 years, the Ferguson Effect, BLM, mouthy irresponsible Congressmen and women who are mentally ill and keep getting re elected to spew more daily hatred.
Collecting money due to a lie is fraud, I assume.
If not a crime, libel and slander are still torts.
