There has been powerful push from the hard-left of the Democratic Party, led by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), to elect Rep. Keith Ellison (D-Minn.) chairman. If he is elected, I will quit the party after 60 years of loyal association and voting. I will become an independent, continuing to vote for the best candidates, most of whom, I assume, will still be Democrats. But I will not contribute to the DNC or support it as an institution.
My loyalty to my country and my principles and my heritage exceeds any loyalty to my party. I will urge other like-minded people — centrist liberals — to follow my lead and quit the Democratic Party if Ellison is elected chairman.

It’s not just their extremely liberal politics that I believe will keep them out of power, but the mocking of God at their convention will guarantee it.

The Progressives don’t care about keeping white moderates around in the party. It can’t be radical enough for them.
It limits their chances at the ballot box, but it does appear they have a somewhat less peaceful plan to gain final power.

Agreed. Pendulums always swing. However, if the Dems pursue radical Black Muslim politics, and President Trump succeeds spectacularly with our economy, it’s gonna be a LONG time before that pendulum swings back to the Dems, and by then, they may have gone the way of the Whigs and there’s an actual Communist Party taking their place.

Unfortunately, none of the Democrat refugees will ever support a Conservative candidate.
Bottom Line - there is nothing in the universe that white Democrats and Jewish Democrats hate more than white American Conservatives.

Well, if the Democrats truly go the way of the whigs, then the Republican Party is going to split.
Not so fast. He also says that, as an “independent,” he will also support the best candidates, most of whom will be democrats. So his departure from the party is more theater than substance. He won’t donate money to it; wow, it’ll be hard for them to get happy after that one.
