Rising fuel and food prices are eating into household budgets as the impact of the Brexit vote on the value of the pound pushes up inflation, according to a Guardian analysis that casts doubt over how much longer consumers can continue to shore up the UK economy.

Businesses are also feeling the pressures of the weak pound more intensely as it ramps up the cost of imported raw materials and energy while failing to provide the anticipated boon for exporters.

The guardianistas and the rest of the MSM (with a few notable exceptions) haven’t stopped running BRexit scare stories since day one, and they aren’t going to let up now.

BTW the USA is Britain’s top export market and Germany is Britain’s number one import market. It is Germany (along with the French farmers) who should be worried.

The Guardian? Really? I suppose we should applaud them for getting through an entire article without a spelling mistake. Please don’t encourage people to read that rag.

Yes, they will magnify and obsess over any piece of negative news. This will change when the USA and its buying power kicks in. Britain's economy will grow substantially.

Perhaps the Guardian is skipping over the many positive happenings as Britain's export market expands and its import market contracts.

The sore losers of the Brexit vote are out in force. Do they also include paid protestors?
