Did you get outside to play in the gardens a little more?

It was so beautiful here today, I got a little garden time in. A little concerned because some things are coming up that shouldn’t be at this time. Just gotta hope they make it through any cold snaps we’ll have the next few weeks.

I did not get out to the Garden today. Sad, inasmuch as our high temp today was about 76-F. A beautiful, sunny Spring day.

I had a visit to my cardiologist to install a 24-hour cardiac monitor. It has been 8 or 10 years since I have had one and it was an obvious step to take in light of last Friday's episode.

I'm feeling okay other than a nagging cough - and the tonnage is dropping, which will be good for the heart and other systems.
