We currently have 11 construction battalions in the SeaBees that are located in Gulfport, MS and Oxnard, CA.
They have an amazing ability to build almost anything anywhere.
They are self sufficient when deployed, have combat training and are armed.
They have been deployed during natural disasters and I bet would love to be involved with the man made disaster on our border and they are already on the payroll.
If our DOD can spend 43 million dollars on a CNG service station in Afghanistan that has no gas supply, why not declare our southern border a disaster area and turn these folks loose on it.
Sounds good to me!...................
