Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY) rejected the idea expressed by President Trump that media were the enemies or the opposition on Thursday. “I don’t view you guys as the enemy. I view that you have a job to do,” the leader of the Senate Republicans told reporters at a press conference.
“I expect adversarial questions. And you rarely disappoint me. And I think its part of what make America function,” McConnell said. “We need a free and open press and we certainly have that and so that’s my view.”
Around the same time that McConnell made those comments, White House senior advisor Steve Bannon reiterated his view that the media represented the “opposition.” At the annual Conservative Political Action Conference held near Washington D.C. Bannon declared, “I think if you look at the opposition party and how they portray the campaign, how they portrayed the transition and now they’re portraying the administration, it’s always wrong.”

He was elected in 1984 by 5,000 votes as a “John Sherman Cooper Republican”. So he said from the start just who he was.
I’m sorry, Mitch. If you cannot see the bias in the Main Stream Press, then you have been in the bubble for too long. The MSM is just shy of communism and they are almost single handed responsible for bringing this country to it’s knees through the promotion of their own ideology, through the promotion of those who hate Christian values and through the promotion of every kind of celebrity which promotes every level of violence and hedonism to our youth. They are the elite and, as such, they are no different in their passions than those who are undisciplined at the other end of the spectrum. They are also bored because they have everything and do not really have to work for anything. It is the middle class which does the scut work for the rest of the country and the press hates the middle and working class because they elected Trump. If Mitch thinks that the group who love the idea of grown men in little girl’s bathrooms are not the enemy of America, then I just do not know what to say.
