Washington Gov. Jay Inslee (D) on Thursday signed an executive order blocking state law enforcement agencies from detaining undocumented immigrants at the request of federal officials, days after the Trump administration began ramping up immigration enforcement actions. Inslee’s order prevents state agencies from discriminating against or refusing service to those in living the country illegally. It also blocks those agencies from spending state resources to create or enforce a registry of citizens on the basis of religious affiliation. The order blocks the Washington State Patrol and the state Department of Corrections from detaining anyone solely on the basis of immigration status. “This executive order makes clear that Washington will not be a willing participant in promoting or carrying out mean-spirited policies that break up families and compromise our national security and, importantly, our community safety,” Inslee said at a press conference Thursday.

For those who do not know Inslee’s history in Wa state politics...
He is a Western Washington native.
1992 runs and wins as a Democrat for a US Rep seat in a rural Eastern WA district....even after being accused of being an obvious carpetbagger.
1994 he gets swept out of office with all.the Rays who lost in Republican wave that also swept out Eastern WA Dem Rep and Speaker of the House Tom Foley.
Inslee remakes himself as a local politician by running for an wonning Snohomish County Executive which is a Western Wa county just to the North of Seattle/King County.
He puts his time in there and when Gov. Christine Gregoire retires Inslee runs for and wins the Governorship.
The lack of Rat Govs nationwide and exit of Clintons and Obamas (Thomas Perez, Obama’s guy lost DNC chair race) Inslee sees himselfnas a player for national office.
He has access to cash (amazon microsoft et al in Seattle) & US Senator Patty dipstick Murray from Wa State is #3 in Senate and is in charge of their findraising.
Inslee may run for Prez/VP in 4 years.
Shut down the USFS in the state-that includes fire control. Shut down all federal agencies other than law enforcement. Shut down the interstate system funding for the state. Move all military bases.
Every single thing other than law enforcement gets shut down.
Move the Customs officials out of SeaTac and out of the port of Seattle. Force all international flights to detour to other states and force all international shipments to find another port of entry.
Then end all federal subsidies to Washington and end student loans to Washington state schools.
Jail him and everyone who said they would comply in violating federal immigration laws. Conspiracy, collusion, deliberate violation of federal laws.
So laws are now called “policies” ?
illegal immigrants - a.k.a. squatters - are at war against the United States. As a native American told me the other day - all land is indigenous land and we (non Indians) are guests here. They want their land (the country) back.

If the governor’s EO “blocks those agencies from spending state resources to create or enforce a registry of citizens on the basis of religious affiliation”, then, politically and legally, Trump can block spending federal resources on that now-sanctuary state. Would be nice if the GOP Congress went along, but... well...
He should get tagged, gagged, and bagged in the middle of the night never to be seen again. Illegal aliens by definition are not American citizens and not covered under any states law or US law. Doing this is signalling to actual Americans that illegals are more important to this governor. This guy is simply a traitor to the US and to every Washington citizen.
They have no other choice. Democrats are anti-family, particularly self-same ... therefore, no other means than to import voters.
Well, he can't possibly beat Slow Joe for the same wing of the party, so he would more likely be running for VP behind one of the progressive Amish...

On another note, I wonder what the current border situation is now? Would think that illegal crossing would be down sharply already.
And the irony is that most of those who come under the light of this are actual criminals - if citizens did what they do, they would be detained....

And the lunatic left selectively decides which laws to enforce once again, insisting that we redefine marriage at the point of a gun and the threat of jail (Kim Davis) for an edict which is NOT a law, but ignoring duly legislated law.
They don’t want the land back, they want to own all the nice improvements the white man has made these past 150 years or so.
They want free stuff, an easier life, and to remain resentful.
