Roberts was correct in him ruling on ObamaCATE. He made the point,, that needed to be made, that SCOTUS isn’t there to be the safeguard against bad law. They’re there to determine constitutionality. There’s plenty of bad laws that are bad, but still constitutional. SCOTUS is not the relief valve for incompetent legislators.
Health Care is not a tax. No matter what. Nor is it Constitutional to force people to buy a bad product.

True but Obamacare is blatantly unconstitutional. It was his sworn duty to declare it so. He is a traitor to the US citizens and our Constitution.
