Yup, and I did. The reason why is he was always respectful when debating Hannity or others. Never saw an ounce of hatred like so many other libs and his smile and raised eyebrows gave him a certain charm. Can't believe I'm defending someone who was 180 from my beliefs, but then that is what compassionate conservatives do.

I remember one time H&C had an African American guy on who disagreed with Sean, obviously. Don’t remember what it was about, but I do remember the African American guy calling Sean a racist. Alan broke in to DEFEND Sean and told the guy “Shame on you for calling Sean a racist”. Actually stopped watching H&C when it only became H; then I just keep hearing the same thing over and over.

He took on a different persona on his radio show and could get quite nasty at times, but hey, he was likeable enough to make this old conservative give him a listen.
