I am signing up for Caveman 101 in the Fall semester so I can learn to speak and not offend.
Just the fact that you need a writing center at a university tells you all you need to know about the skills of the students. 8th grade level work. Stop funding these institutions.
Actually, there might be an upside to this. I am weary of the well spoken ignorance, the articulate irrationality, of the Diversity Establishment. They have been trained to present their irrationality in a lofty, rational manner thanks to the structure of the English language.
If this takes root their syntax, grammar, and rhetoric will once again match their stupidity, robbing them of the advantage they have gleaned from the schools that took them in.
By the way, manners are racist as well.
I’m really having a hard time sifting through the garbage that is perpetuated in the media. It’s almost to the point where I don’t read FR much any more. It’s non stop, but
OTOH, the left liberals are showing their true colors finally.
So, in other words, the doctor and attorney you hire need not speak and write proper English.
It’s going to take a full generation to turn this country around. It starts with the economy.
