MARIPOSA, Calif. (KCRA) —

Rep. Tom McClintock, R-Roseville, held another heated town hall meeting Tuesday night as anti-Trump critics and Trump supporters became rowdy.

More than 500 people filled the seats at the Mariposa Fairgrounds in Mariposa. Those in attendance included McClintock's supporters and opponents.

Many came carrying signs about the Affordable Care Act and planned to actively oppose McClintock's support of President Donald Trump, but supporters of McClintock were also loud.

The room roared when McClintock was asked about Trump potentially withholding federal funds from California.

"As far as sanctuary cities, I don't believe any jurisdiction should receive federal funds if they don't obey the federal law," McClintock said.

McClintock also mentioned he was in support of repealing the Affordable Care Act and planned on to take steps to prevent massive wildfires in mountain communities.

The underlying premise of this “fake news” meme is that a grass roots movement is afoot caused by the imminent repeal of Obamacare, which suddenly is what, popular?

So lemme see if I have this straight, Obamacare which lost the democrats the House, the Senate, the Presidency and a lion share of the State Houses and governorships is now popular?!? I looked at real clear politics tonight to see the approval rating for Obamacare:

http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/other/obama_and_democrats_health_care_plan-1130.html#polls

Well look here!!! Right on cue our buds in the fake media have cooked up some polls that miraculously turn a trend of disapproval around!!!! Eureka, it’s a miracle!!!

I hope our GOP reps and Senators realize what is going on here.

So rabid libtards are deluging town hall meetings with their activists. These are not people who would ever have voted for the R. anyway, and many of them are not local constituents at all. Unpleasant for R. politicians who have to deal with it, but totally meaningless in terms of electoral politics. We already knew the leftists are nuts. This does not change their prospects for 2018-20, unless they really implode and lost even more seats. Certainly they may lose big in the US Senate in 2018, since the Ds have to defend around 2 dozen senate seats, many very vulnerable.

“More than 500 people filled the seats at the Mariposa fairgrounds in Mariposa”.

Where else would the Mariposa fairgrounds be?

But, then again the Cincinatti airport is in Kentucky, so who knows?

Um.... why are these Republicans even subjecting themselves to this nonsense? Just go on local TV or radio and answer one question at a pop. Screw these leftist morons- they do not deserve the time of day.

“So rabid libtards are deluging town hall meetings with their activists”

So, get out there and let them know you’re not going to take their sh!t anymore.

This is not always about support the absolutely corrupt GOP. Sometimes it’s about a street fight against the bad guys.

Effin’ commies.

The Calaveras County fairgrounds, home of the Jumpin’ Frog Jubilee, is in Angels Camp.

I guess it’s a drunkin’ gold miner colloquialism.

The way they named their towns that is.

Because some of them are proud and unafraid.

And they know the people support them.

Being proud and unafraid can still be an advantage without giving the left the opportunity to sway public opinion and squishy Republicans with their typical Alinsky style tactics.

“Illegitimi non carborundum”

That’s right, no carbon paper for kids born out of wedlock. Not sure how that applies here, but it must, in some way.

I know Mariposa (county and town) pretty well. I’d be shocked if more than 3 of the anti-Trump people at the Fairgrounds were locals. That is one Conservative (capital “C”) area.

A note to GOP Senators and Reps facing these hostile Town Hall meetings: The protesters giving you the business are fake, bought and paid for.....The VOTERS you will face if you give in to their pretend rage are VERY, VERY REAL.....Take a deep breath and choose wisely......
