Democrats try to figure out where they're headed
cnn ^ | February 22, 2017 | Eric Bradner

(CNN)Democrats are days away from choosing a new party leader in a race that will help determine how to fight President Donald Trump. But to get there, they also are revisiting the bitter split of the 2016 presidential primary.

Former Labor Secretary Tom Perez and Minnesota Rep. Keith Ellison are at the forefront of an eight-candidate field to chair the Democratic National Committee. Perez is picking up the endorsements of the heads of the Democratic National Committee's caucuses for women, Hispanics, Asian-Americans and rural Americans. Ellison is picking up the mantle of the insurgency that led to Sen. Bernie Sanders' presidential run and saw his political acumen praised Wednesday morning by Trump himself. And a third contender, South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, got the backing of former DNC chairman Howard Dean.

Heard it all this morning from a lib, which was fine, right up to the point they made every remark personal.

That Shiite is out of bounds and I was sorely disappointed this person when there, as I would not have thought he had that low of a capacity.

Still, the games we play.

I told him his remarks were out of bounds but, I really, really, really want his side to continue acting like this because you cannot gain traction without a good positive story.

And the economy is getting ready to heat up so much, there is no way Trump will lose in 2020 but, your side will begin roaming the desert in 2020.

The problem comes to down to math at a minimum but, momentum can be a real game changer.

23 Dem’s and 2 Indy’s are up in 2018, compared to only 8 for Republicans.

10 Dem’s are totally vulnerable but, more could be lost, if the economy is fired up and people perceive the world is simply a better place With DJT as President.

Only two Republicans are at risk and they could easily be re-elected if people percieve the world is better under DJT.

That brings us to 2020 and the real game changer.

The Census. If Republicans can increase their numbers at state and local again, then after the Census it’s time for redistricting.

The winners draw the lines and guess who wins when you are the players and the referees?

Democrat Expiration Date 2020

Ellison is picking up the mantle of the insurgency that led to Sen. Bernie Sanders' presidential run...

Not exactly. He is, after all, shooting for the ultimate establishment position in a party still very much dominated by urban political machines. Bernie never had a prayer. How, exactly, a known anti-white radical such as Ellison is going to bring the party back in touch with that a demographic that has been systematically abused by the Dems is a little hard to imagine. It's far more likely that Ellison represents more of the same old racist pandering, doubled down. They're going to have to bottom out before they learn, and they aren't there yet.

The Rats don't know the depths..of their problems.

They are losing their support....

They can throw money at Pubbies....town home meetings....

And they will be exposed..as Clinton Obama, Soros, PAID...protesters...

Paid protesters have been happening for many, many years....

And the MSM is of course not reporting that.....As they are in on it!!!

There’s a movement for queer farmers and farmers of color. They get grants.

I can’t imagine they TRULY believe their recent unhinged, embarrassing behavior is helping their cause.
