Good. Keep out the riffraff but they’ll have a hard time driving across the country without going through Kansas on I-70.

I guess some travel bans are more equal than others, eh?

I’ll assume that mosque visits and trips to any county that is Islamic are verboten as well.

Who cares, it only hurts the California schools. Unless they prohibit students from the 4 states from going to California to attend conferences or play sports.

Good.
Keep those snowflakes where they belong.
I wonder if they thought this out fully.... or if they gave an exemption to their sports teams. Lots of money depends on playing their little games for the sportsfans.

Just how does California plan to enforce that? Will each student have a “Minder” who follows them about?

All unfortunately California has become as wicked as Sodom. The Lord make speak to them soon.

WOW I wonder how we can get on that “banned states” listing. Interesting that all the free speech/be tolerant types figure that banning something is a good thing.
I expect this is satire or FAKE NEWS?

That, I am pretty sure, crosses a legal line somewhere. Trump on the other hand, can legally enforce a travel ban.
US Code 8, 1182 “Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.”

CA should ban travel by it’s students to all the other 49 states. The real USA would benefit from it.

Dangerously close to violating the Constitution. Only Congress has the authority to regulate interstate commerce.
