Tuesday on ABC’s “The View,” Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said “the hope of America” was if Republicans break with President Donald Trump.
Schumer said, “Let me put it like this when you talk to Republicans quietly, you know, in the cloak room in the gym, they are having real problems with him. Now, very few, John McCain to his credit, but very few have had the courage to oppose him even though they know he’s doing a lot of things that are against what America is all about.”

Except for a handful of them, like Ted Cruz, they have been silent, offering Trump absolutely no support. It would be so helpful and make such a big difference, if they could all publically speak up in support of Trump (like Cruz does), but they refuse to do that.
They are treacherous. The two big issues are NAFTA (which is a much bigger issure than most people realize) and draining the swamp. They are not concerned about what is best for American. They just want to stay in power by serving their special interests.
We need a new breed of Republicans: The Trump Republicans. It could be a new group, or it could be a merger or spinoff of the Tea Party Republicans.
