Trump correctly calls out crime growth in inner cities, despite media wanting to downplay

One of President Trump’s signature issues — and one continually fact-checked by the mainstream media — is lowering crime rates in our major cities. “Look at what’s happening in Chicago — hundreds of shootings, hundreds of deaths. I’ll tell you what’s happening in Chicago, and many other places,” Mr. Trump told a Florida rally last week regarding the country’s crime rates. The New York Times was quick to call the statement part of what Mr. Trump “got wrong” during his speech.

Trump is playing Captain Obvious and the press is playing the three monkeys: see nothing, hear nothing, speak nothing that is intelligent.

The surging crime in the inner cities is clearly the Ferguson effect. It is what you get when you do not support the police, demonize them, and threaten them with lawsuits for doing their job.

Guess what. They stop doing their job, as any rational person would do in those circumstances.

With no rule of law in the inner city, Crime skyrockets.

Duh!

I could make chiraq or chicago as some call it safe in a heart beat. How you ask ?

Nobody committing violent crime gets jail ever again. No not any more, now they get to do their time at a labor camp NK style. They are lazy and fear work so they choose the thug life. When we catch them we work them instead of paying for them to sit on their lazy asses.

Next 10-20-life law like in Florida , also concealed carry like Florida , and to that law I would add felon in possession of a gun gets 21, catchy I like it , remember were not talking prison were talking work camp. If your a felon and dont want to do 21 yrs hard labor then dont touch a gun.

last and finally, Death penalty by firing squad if you shoot and kill someone while committing a felony. That would make you think twice before shooting someone. live leak a few videos of that and gun crime will disappear fast.

forward this to someone who writes the laws, I think it would work well, lets do it for the children, It is really sad kids are routinely shot in the cross fire in the inner cities.
