If you SCUBA have 2 cars and RIDE/FLY the currents of Puget Sound, park 1 upstream (entry) and the other downstream (exit) and have the absolute time of your life, you can fly like Superman underwater and that is not much of an exaggeration.
If you only have (One) vehicle get something to eat while you are re-charging your Tanks at the downstream (exit) and by that time you can RIDE/FLY the current back to your vehicle (entry) it is all mapped with underwater signs and everything.
Also if you can snag a Boat Ride, do it, you will not be disappointed, looking back at the shoreline is just as beautiful if not more than looking at the water from the shoreline.
