Wow, I just got back from taking my daughter to a University of North Texas “Live” seminar, the purpose of which is to promote UNT to high school juniors and seniors. In one part of their presentation, they bragged about some of the “distinguished speakers” they have had and, you guessed it, one of them was George Takei! Of course, all the others were far left liberals such as Ben and Jerry.
From what I understand, UNT is an extremely left-wing institution. Maybe as leftist as UT-Austin, which is saying a lot.
While on campus, make sure you buy a UNT coffee mug.
