sounds like bureaucratic gobbledegook to me. The politics Hermeneutics of jargon is painful.

...Psychoanalysts have made ample use of hermeneutics since Sigmund Freud first gave birth to their discipline. In 1900 Freud wrote that the title he chose for The Interpretation of Dreams 'makes plain which of the traditional approaches to the problem of dreams I am inclined to follow...[i.e.] "interpreting" a dream implies assigning a "meaning" to it.'[57]

That makes sense, he needed it. That cocaine addict never cured anyone of anything, he made his 'patients' feel good by prescribing them the drug he was addicted to, his nasal septum rotted due to his addiction, and his obsession with sex invaded every theory he uttered. He was as much a health practitioner as Barbara Lerner Spectre is a philosopher imo. Neither of them can be taken seriously by healthy minds. She can look forward to many more awards. That's what the shallow, useless, fakirs always get. Lots of awards to cover up the cracks in the garbage they inflict upon us.
