Actually, he WAS the child that was abused by a priest. If you watched the 3 hr. interview instead of the 6 min. edited clip, it would show that he was not willing to throw the catholic church under the bus. Aaaaaaand, it has turned into the victim being the abuser. Disgusting. hey, but didn’t DJT say all Mexicans are rapists. This is getting so old.
Just finished reading some angry “told you so” posts against Milo on left-wing websites. Not altogether different from what is showing up here. When they bring down Donald Trump, there will be plenty of cheerleaders on the right who sound VERY like the jackals on the left.

The left put in some serious time doing opp research, and came up with some iffy statements that they sliced and diced.
It is the old “A conservative Jay walks, and it is a national scandal. A leftist bombs innocents, and it is hardly mentioned.”
I think Milo will survive, but this is a classic Mediacracy attack on someone who they fear.
What I'd like to see is the power of the Presidency used to unleash some of this same form of attack on the perverts in the Senate and throughout government. Nearly all of them are under extortion by the Deep State, and I would like to know what they have on all of them, so we can get rid of some.
I don’t think they would go after Crowder. He likes Milo but not a Trump supporter. Maybe Stefan M. or Mike Cernovich. Honestly, I don’t trust our so called conservative side as far as I can throw them. You saw how they are coming after some guy named pewdiepie with a 50 Million you tube subscription list, claiming he is a nazi. He started out being a gamer, as many of these others did. People, including freepers better wake the heck up. This is a battle between “we the people” and the globalists.
I think he handled the press conference very well. I respect that he resigned. I appreciated him addressing the statements he made, that he says don’t really express his views, and yet he felt were in error.
He addressed the issue of those comments possibly causing pain to other victims, and also the idea that sex with minors was okay.
He touched on his career, and how he has worked against illegal activity between adults and kids.
There are two ways to look at this.
If your cynical, you could say that this is what anyone would say when caught.
If you’re inclined to believe he was being sincere, you could forgive his inappropriate comments.
I’m more inclined to believe him than others might be. I do think his change in employment will help assuage this situation. I’m certainly not looking for anything more at this point.
He seems to look at his years between 16 and 22 as lost years, and he blames it on his relationship with the priest.
I had a dark period in that time frame. I think it resulted from not having a strong father figure between the ages 14 and 18. In fact there was almost no parental supervision, and the school I was at did not fill the gap adequately.
Guys tend to be vulnerable to dark periods in that time of life. I’m sure some women are too.
Just saying that this may not have all been abuse related. Some of us just spiral downward for a period. Then you snap out of it and get on with life.
I do agree that the press loves springing this on Conservatives, but this is something that was out there that I am glad to have heard of.
It needed to be aired. I’m glad it was. I hope it is a lesson Milo will learn from.
The problem though with turning an injury into an identity is that it prevents the poison from working its way out of our systems. In order to retain our edge and our 'winning formula', we're required to keep the poison.
In my case it led - or at least contributed to - a booze problem, and when I let go of the booze I had to absolutely let go of the identity stuff. 'Ego' is often misunderstood as arrogance, which it can be, but really it's just a false conceptual self created at some point - usually along the way rather than at one instant - to handle an un-handlable situation.
My recommendation to Milo: The guy is super smart and probably a really good man underneath all this crap. Get out of the spot light, find out who you are MINUS the gayness and the humor and the abuse.
To me, this is the esoteric meaning of Jesus and the cross. You kill the conceptual false self. What's left is what was always there and originally there. It's the realm of the holy, purity as defined by a lack of taint rather than a presence of virtue.
Milo has to kill Milo, entirely. When everything conceptual is removed, something is still there, it's beyond concept, is the only real salvation. Whether he emerges again on the public stage doesn't matter. Likely he will, the false self usually resembles to some extent the real one even though it shares zero threads.
I wish him the best whatever he does - he's one of the good ones. This is actually good for him.
