LAWRENCEBURG – Between 700 and 800 protestors greeted U.S. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell on Tuesday as he spoke at a luncheon hosted by the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce in Lawrenceburg.

Democratic Party of Kentucky Communications Director Daniel Lowry said the protestors came from across the state to send McConnell a message.

“They don’t appreciate the things that he has done such as vote against workers, voting against the minimum wage hike, and he has shut down Senator Warren,” Lowry said. “That made a lot of folks upset.”

Jennifer Lawless of Louisville came to voice her concern to McConnell over President Trump’s plan to repeal the Affordable Care Act.

All these protesters are paid by Soros, etc. May be a few people there legitimately that are unhappy, but not that many.

McConnell (and depending on local law just two more people) can and should send FakeAHaunches to the mental hospital for evaluation and, hopefully, treatment

with HilLIARy and Pelosi and Maxine Waters and Barbara whatshername and and however more nut jobs the hospital can handle

for their own good

They’re out in the middle of the day because their mothers told them it was time to clean the basement.

"… voice her concern to McConnell over President Trump’s plan to repeal the Affordable Care Act.”

These people evidently don’t understand that the states have never expressly amended the Constitution to give the feds the specific powers to regulate, tax and spend for these issues.

So although I question if Sen. McConnell really respects the fed’s constitutionally limited powers, note that the Founding States established the federal Senate in part to stop the feds from interfering with these state power issues which McConnell seems to be doing imo.

Corrections, insights welcome.

Oh I suspect they’re getting paid alright.

Such a waste of money.

It's McConnell... they only needed to pay one or two for him to cave under the pressure.
