Yup, it is existing law. Sean Spicer needs to stress this hard and heavy at every daily press conference.
Further, Sean should correct the questioners using the term "undocumented immigrants."
Sean should tell them:
"Listen, you jerks need to understand that illegal aliens are illegal because they are breaking US law, and I will not respond to any question referrring to the illegals as "undocumented" and I have instructed the Secret Service to escort you off White House property."
