Personally I worry more that teens and children are losing any sense of innocence because of the constant bombardment telling them that sex is only a matter of consent and protection.
Bottom line attraction to a post pubescent male is not pedophilia. Such a person is not a boy physically. He is still a boy in many ways but he is not fully a child. He may or may not have the emotional maturity to consent to sex. He very likely does not have the emotional maturity to recognize being manipulated by an adult. He is still deserving of the law’s protection in the form of age of consent statutes. He is also deserving of the law making allowances such as permission to marry with a judge’s consent.
