““If they haven’t reported it to Congress, it can now be challenged,” says Paul Larkin, a senior legal research fellow at the Heritage Foundation. Mr. Larkin, also at Wednesday’s meeting, told me challenges could be leveled against any rule or guidance back to 1996, when the CRA was passed.

The best part? Once Congress overrides a rule, agencies cannot reissue it in “substantially the same form” unless specifically authorized by future legislation. The CRA can keep bad regs and guidance off the books even in future Democratic administrations—a far safer approach than if the Mr. Trump simply rescinded them. This can easily go back to 2009.”

This is way cool! This means that a complete review of the requisite “reports to Congress” for every effing regulation and guidance document from every effing Federal Agency of any stripe should be done immediately. We could not only rid ourselves of Obama$hit, but also Boosh$hit and Clinton$hit regulations and “guidance.” Now that’s serious “Winning.”

I’m passing this on to my House rep - the two Senators are worthless pieces of Democr@p (one of them is Clown Kaine) so they’re not interested in anything that will undo their little kingdom. I suspect the House Rep knows this already about the CRA, but I want to remind him that “we the people” are watching and expecting big, bold MAGA type action and lots of it.
