ICE had a detainer on him, but claims Denver Sheriff's Dept didn't notify them. Denver claims they did, but their "proof" is a 2-page PDF of a FAX showing they released him on 12/20/16 11:30pm, yet the FAX is dated 12/20/16 11:35PM! Liars. You released him close to midnight and faxed ICE 5 minutes later.
And notice this is the 3rd Denver Light Rail incident in the past month or so. One was a Muslim convert (had jihadi lit at home) murdering an employee who was giving directions to 2 women. Other was video of a TDS black woman screaming at white guy in a MAGA hat, knocking his cell phone to the floor as he studiously ignored her, then punching him in the back of the head & giving him a concussion as he stooped to get it.

Too many local law enforcement offices are not supporting ICE to the detriment of U.S. citizens. It’s criminal.
Denver police called the hold a “civil matter.”
Breaking federal law is a civil matter ??
Then charge the Denver Sheriff’s Department with accessory to murder.
AND since when does an ex-con gang member who is a suspect in a murder walk out of jail after posting 5K bail??
Let’s see the judge on this case.

I remember when Denver was sane.
It's been heavily polluted by a bunch of refugees from California, who brought their lunacy with them.
It's simple: ENFORCE THE LAW or face the consequences.
If it were up to me, these people would be in federal prison serving life sentences and their sentences well publicized.
That was for car theft, then he committed murder after getting out on bail. In any event, that judge needs to go.

If so, did the mayor come in w/ a crack-down on the lawlessness?
IOW, they should ALL swing. Where else but unions (coupled w/ politics) can one NOT do their job and remain in said employment?
EVERY Last person involved with the Release of this Illegal ALien Criminal should be Arrested and thrown in PRISON FOR LIFE!
At the Very least the Sheriff is GUILTY as an Accessory to MURDER and should SWING upon Conviction.
If you check Denver media Web Sites (Denver Post, TV stations,etc) they have scrubbed any coverage of this story after day 1.
There way of censorship is to just not follow up let the story die and hope the population forgets it ever happened.
If the story re-enforces one of their political beliefs, they will find an excuse to feature it for days and weeks.
Local TV Newscast in Denver seam to get their marching orders from Huffington Post and Media Matters. There i virtually no story to trivial to cover if it advances a Left wing Talking Point.
Ex. Last Week, Some woman in Pennsylvania was trying to get crowd funding to run a political ad attacking her Republican congressman for supporting Trump. This was a local news story on Denver TV.

The influx from Mexifornia began in the 1980s. I remember many libs buying homes in Denver, that were twice as large as the ones they sold in CA, for half the price. It has continued to this day and the, once conservative leaning state is now ultra liberal.
No one listened.
Most of these CA-to-CO migrants were left-leaning Republicans, libertarians, unaffiliateds, RINOs .... They were just smart enough to realize that something had gone horribly wrong with their formerly utopian "Golden State" mecca, and that they needed to flee it ... especially those raising families.
But just dumb enough to not realize that the political attitudes they brought with them from CA, and the type of people they voted into office out here, were repeating the same destructive cycle in their pristine new home.
Want to hazard a guess as to *when* they did that?
Same night, at 11:25pm! That's right! They called ICE a whopping 5 minutes before releasing him, close to midnight.
On the "Up Side," Denver's undeclared, unofficial, but de facto Sanctuary City policy is generating tons of late night overtime pay for SD Dept Deputies, who have to stay up all hours of the night in order to ensure ICE officers have all gone home before they release violent, drug-addled, illegal immigrant gang-members into the general population, so they can safely plan their next robbery or car theft or murder, without undue interference from ICE.
Colorado was lost to America in the 90’s. The Laura Kriho case exposed the globalist roots of the CO judiciary, and the outright hubris of a judge publicly announcing he had ‘opened’ sealed court records that should have been destroyed to check on Kriho’s history.

California has ruined Denver CO, Colorado Springs CO, Boulder CZo, Seattle WA, Reno NV, Austin TX, and will ruin more cities/states before they are done. I pray for Calexit and let them take their 55 electoral votes with them.
Funny how so much is now being called “civil” now that Trump is in charge.
