Huh. Belgium is still a country? Imagine that. I thought they would have been overrun by somebody or split into Phlegmland and Walloonia by now.

Sure . . . letting them get their own EU military during a time when they are actually being antagonistic towards the USA means what, again? We can’t underestimate them. They rule by crisis and have planned this for decades.

Some do want a Flanders-Wallonia split. But not the Europhiles, although they do have a “Europe of the regions” plan for provincial (but not sovereign) divisions along ethnic lines.

Belgium is worried about the EU disintegrating. The EU capital is Brussels, Belgium - which means if the EU tanks, Belgium loses all their prestige, power, influence, graft opportunities, income from EU orgiastic parties, etc., and go back to their main claim to international fame being food and their major influence on world events being ‘Germany’s traditional invasion route to France.’

The US equivalent to what would happen to Belgium in the event of the EU disintegrating would be a city in the US that formerly was wealthy because all the railroads went through it discovering that the then-new Interstate highway wasn’t going to be going anywhere near it. It’ll start withering to unimportance and become a backwater Podunkville in short order.

Lest ye forget Belgium’s Atrocities on the Continent of Africa

Don’t think that it doesn’t have anything do with Belgians tremendous sense of white guilt.

“There is no question of allowing the fragmentation of the European Union. This message has been given. I have the feeling that it has been heard,” said Michel.

The EU will fragment and there is no stopping it at this point.

The EU’s immigration policies have guaranteed that the EU will break apart.

Either the individual European nations will break away from the EU to regain their sovereignty or those nations will collapse because their immigrants have cause chaos within their borders and fall way.

By the EU’s own actions they have sealed their fate. Great Britain is the first to leave but not the last. The rats know the ship is sinking and they won’t wait for it to go under.

All part of the plan. Consider how long they’ve been talking about the so-called “two-speed Europe”, with more powerful nations forming a hard “core” (empire) and the peripheral nations treated as vassals. The EU elites are expecting this fragmentation in order to implement their phase two.

Except they would want Britain to stay in that core.

They must be burning the midnight oil trying to figure out how to keep Britain in the fold.

Er, I am guessing the U.S. “meddles” in more foreign countries’ internal affairs, politics and elections than any other one nation on Earth.

Okay. Let us pull out of NATO. Let us pull out of the UN.

Stopping all funding for those two organizations.

And when the muslim figure the time is right, and begin killing non-muslims, we will stay out of Europe’s business and let you good people handle it on your own.

Sounds like the U.S. should stop meddling in their protective bubble then too; let ‘em take it to NATO and see how far that gets ‘em.

Oh, they can all - the political elites across the EU - come out during the U.S. elections as opposed to Trump (Norway gave millions to Clinton) but no, that was not “meddling” and Trumps words are. Like all the American left, “hypocrite” is what best describes them.

They’re fine with Britain being out of that core, since they are against the EU goals fundamentally. They already regard the UK as vassals, just by the threats they threw in their direction after the referendum result.
