"When they get him out of the car, they go to pat him down for weapons, they can see he's got tattoos all over his face and all over his neck," Corina said.

The man then pulled a semi-automatic handgun and opened fire at the officers, who were wearing bulletproof vests and shot back, Corina said.

Boyer, a 25-year police veteran, was pronounced dead at a local hospital. Hazel and the alleged gunman were hospitalized in stable condition, Corina said.

“Did catch a bit of O’Reilly where he said FOX was digging into his status.”

I think you are mixing up this killing with the illegal alien “pseudodreamer” in Washington State who is most likely a gang member. The bleeding hearts are trying to make this criminal a “Dreamer” and force the government to allow him to stay. His father, with whom he’s been living is a drug dealer who has served time and has been deported EIGHT TIMES, but was found living with his son. The kid is 23 and has a three year-old child of his own, but there was no mention of the sperm recipient or the whereabouts of the infant.

All those Guns are Registered. That includes Handguns AND Long Guns.

The State of CA actually has an “approved” Handgun list. If the Gun is not on that list, it can’t be sold here.

You are required to pass a Test and pay a $25 Fee for the privilege (not Right) of being able to purchase a Handgun.

All those useless Laws still didn’t stop this scumbag from killing two People and injuring one.

I’m sure the “new” CA Assault Weapon Ban and Ammunition purchase Laws will stop such violence in the future. LOL

That legislation has bee withdrawn for the time being. As for the “approved” list, we “stocked up” a couple of years ago while the Single-Shot Exemption was operative. Also, if you have a child who lives out of state, he or she can buy and transfer any gun you want to you. I know it’s a bitch right now, but we are looking for Trump to fix the CCW issue with countrywide reciprocity. We’re in the process of getting out-of-state, non-resident CCW permits from Utah, so when and if the reciprocity law is enacted, we will be good to go.

A couple of years ago we had an early release guy get out and murder his wife or girlfriend. Can’t remember which she was but he had only been out a week or so.
