Democrats can’t invoke anything. The VP and most of the Cabinet need to do it. Twice. Then congress has to do it. So, don’t expect any of that. And the democrats would not be kinder to Pence, they would start it all over again.

Democrats seem to be trying to set up an "other body" to declare Trump unfit, but they still need Pence to go along with it.
