I used to fish in Prosser, at the Yakima river.. That area is rich in American Indian history. As a matter of fact, I know a spot where the Indians built a dining area consisting of a star for their table partially surrounded by a crescent moon for their seating area, all made of rock. The City of Prosser bull-dozed it and covered it with dirt then grass which is now a soccer field in a park. They probably don't even know what they'd done. I do..
Anyway, from Indians to Caucasians, now Hispanics. They've conquered that little town of Prosser, but I enjoyed fishing in that river, from dusk to dawn. Sometimes didn't catch anything, but it was pure solitude.
