All this talk by the 'Rats and their media partners of Russian influence on the outcome of the past election is not only aimed at delegitimatizing Trump's presidency. There is a more subtle motive here as well: distracting from and obfuscating the REAL election fraud and cheating that the 'Rats perpetrated against Trump.

Instead of investigations of Russian hacking, Congress and the Administration should be working on a package of federal election procedure reforms to mitigate the fraud that the 'Rats have perpetrated for decades.

The most apparent issue (among others) to be addressed is keeping aliens, who likely voted in the millions in 2016, away from the US polls. The most obvious step to clamp down on this is to require all states to demand proof US citizenship for all persons on the voting rolls - either a birth certificate for those born in the US or its possessions or a certificate of naturalization for those naturalized.
