Trump declares that ANYONE in the US illegally can be deported, regardless of a crime (Tr.)

Donald Trump may put all of the USA's illegal immigrants in ICE's crosshairs with two new orders that could allow for anyone to be deported, regardless of whether they have committed a crime in the US.

The first memo, which says all illegals are subject to deportation, is concerned with internal immigration control.

It orders ICE agents to disregard President Obama's order to focus on criminal immigrants and recent arrivals.

Instead, the order says, they should switch their focus and prioritize migrants who have been charged with crimes but not yet convicted.

It also broadens the scope of ICE powers to determine who should be deported, and says immigrants will not be afforded rights under US privacy laws.

The second memo instructs Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers to crack down on illegal migration at the border by holding migrants in detention until a determination in their case is made.

The LSM just can't bring themselves to point out that ALL of the illegals have violated federal law by being here illegally.

of course they “can” be.

the question has always been, “would” they.

Maybe the journalists need a simpler version. President Trump says we are going to follow the law.

Entering the US illegally is a crime. So deportation is far better than jail.

What a stupid title.

Illegal immigrants, by definition, have committed a crime, by making an illegal border incursion into our country...

Illegal means illegal.

Although, there are illegals who are actually contributing to a better America.

There is a need for a more uniform system of integration, consistently enforced.

I know there are a bunch of things that President Trump wants to do, and I know the democrats AND his own party are screwing around and delaying/interfering, BUT, if he can build a wall, and deport millions of the illegals out, and enforce the laws already on the books, he will have a triumph of a presidency. If that is all he gets done. Everything else is gravy.

But, but, “fwdude” wanted Trump to repeal 0care on his own, instead of things like this that Trump actually can accomplish.

“Fwdude” is really fed up with Donald Trump for prioritizing this sort of work over full repeal of 0care.

He could have said “If illegal aliens have committed no crimes, they’re free to stay”.

He’s doing great, but I’m waiting to hear something about tougher work place enforcement and e-verify. That’s what would put more self-deportation in motion.

That’s a contradiction - IF someone is here illegally, then ipso facto - they have already committed a crime.

Trump is not going to let Obama's trumping of immigration law to trump Trump.

Excellent! Finally a President that believes in legal immigration laws. America without law is not a Country but a third world mess.
