The MSM is falsely portraying President Trump as having alleged on Saturday that a “terror” attack had occurred the night before in Sweden. Take, for example, this NBC story headlined “Donald Trump Explains Sweden Terror Comment That Baffled a Nation.” In addition to the misleading headline, the story includes a video clip of President Trump making his remarks. The chyron at the bottom of the screen reads “President Trump appears to refer to a non-existent terror incident in Sweden.”
But if you listen to the president’s remarks, you’ll see that he never mentioned terror. He said: “The bottom line: we’ve got to keep our country safe. You look at what’s happening in Germany. You look at what’s happening last night in Sweden. Sweden! Who would believe this? Sweden! They took in large numbers, they’re having problems like they never thought possible.”

Sweden had elections in 2014, and the left coalition is in power after a number of years having been run by rhinos.
Sweden could very easily move much farther right but the center right refuses to team up with the “far right wing extremist nazis” of the SD.
I think it is inevitable that Sweden in 2018 elects a center right coalition. The socialists in Sweden have the lowest party affiliation in over 40 years.
Denmark and Finland now are center right....if it’s an indication of area politics. Bottom line folks, don’t give up on Sweden.
What the media did with this Sweden thing, with the help of the Swedish fake news was a little too cute by half. All you need to do is peruse the global headlines to see that Sweden is being raped and invaded to death.
Trump would be wise to toss in a Sweden reminder when events happen. Or, he should clarify what he meant and cite statistics of what is going on there.

When Pres. Trump uttered the words "happening last night" he actually was referring to a film clip of a terror incident in Sweden HE HAD SEEN ON TV THE NIGHT BEFORE..a clip which I also saw that night.
As he is prone to doing, he got his syntax all mixed up...and his unfortunate phrasing turned into an international incident.
The enemedia knows what he meant, they just ignore it...and they immediately go for the jugular after every opportunity they're handed on a silver platter.

Semantics - The authorities may wish to act like there has been no terrorist attack, but I suspect that the people being murdered, raped, and assaulted might feel differently - I’m sure they felt terrorized.
