President Trump's campaign rally Saturday in Melbourne, Fla, drew a crowd of 9,000, the local police said.
...Trump held a similar campaign event at this airport hangar during the general election in September. According to reports, 15,000 people attempted to attend the September rally, but some were turned away.
Some in the media are trying to make a big deal about the drop off in size of the crowd. I think given the short notice, it was a good showing. And maybe the crowd was larger.
That is pretty good considering how violent and hateful the left has been.
They will always attack him.
The press is resorting to crowd size again?
It was 9000 IN the hanger.
There were 20000 more waiting outside who were not allowed in.
There were reportedly at least 20,000 outside who couldn't get in due to the constraining size of the hangar !
Whoever these 'police' are who spewed the 9,000 number should be made aware by the Admin that all that incoming blue support can easily be focused elsewhere.
They need to embolden the insurrection.
In the meantime, Hillary and Bill dined alone.
The lines were long when they told them there was no more room in the hangar.
Twice as many outside watching on huge jumbo monitors.......across the street were a few hundred leftists and the reporters who were interviewing them.
CBS News this morning reported a SMATTERING.
I guess a smattering is about 29,000 people.
LSM still trying to play the numbers game?
Whenever I see a story about attendance numbers at a President Trump event I double the reported attendance.
Poor LSM, they just can’t help themselves.
Probably half right.
Yep! I was there! Oh and the reports of 3000 protestors? Pure, unadulterated BS! And the media wonders why we hate them so
I wish you would stop posting these gaslighting articles in this forum. Just reading the headlines over time allows the gaslighting to affect readers; some more quickly than others.
The line to get in was a mile long. More than 9,000 tried to get in, way more. The press is misleading, this time by being hypertechnical.
Too much advance notice gives the leftist disruptors time to plan out their attacks instead of just reacting violently.
