This week there are tomatoes rotting in the fields in Alabama and elsewhere because the Mexicans who usually harvest them are afraid to be targeted in the latest raids. …

Let the sh!t rot.

I'd like to see an article on how great it would be not enforcing income tax laws and the benefits to the average citizen. The impact of a sudden windfall of disposable income would be huge. Just think of all the wonderful things people could do with that money. They could send their kids to better schools and give more to charity.

Selective enforcement of laws does have its place!

Author is a typical liberal - can’t or won’t tell the difference between a legal immigrant and an illegal alien.

Like the liberals, you are confusing legal and illegal immigration. We do have an obligation to accept some people from troubled parts of the world, and America has always recognized that obligation, or most of us wouldn't be here.

The point of only accepting those who properly seek to become Americans is to separate the wheat from the chaff, taking those who will actually improve the country, and rejecting those it is not in our interest to accept.

Our immigration policy should, like all of our policies, be concerned with furthering our national interest. That doesn't mean we shouldn't take anyone in; in fact, it means quite the opposite. Legal immigrants who become citizens have a better understanding of our laws and Constitution than most natives. I'd take any random collection of LEGAL immigrants sworn yesterday as US citizens over the anti-American hordes in Berkeley California -- or most American cities, for that matter.

As for Mexico, that is currently not the source of our biggest illegal immigrant problem, which is Asia; and most of them are not coming in through our southern border, so The Wall isn't going to stop them.

They represent between 1% and 3% of the entire population of Ireland. If 1% to 3% of the world's population was here, we would be overrun with 70-210 million illegals.

Every person who came here illegally is a "drop" in the bucket. That's how we got here: one drip at a time. The sob stories -- like this article -- are designed to convince us that this or that specific person or group should be allowed to stay.

The illegal Irish are part of the problem. They need to go.

“We do have an obligation to accept some people from troubled parts of the world, and America has always recognized that obligation, or most of us wouldn’t be here.”

No, we don’t, not when it brings with it, unacceptable risks to our safety, security, and the continuation of our Constitutional values as nation. People come here at our discretion, not because we have any obligation to the rest of the world. I guess you must have voted for Hillary, because your views closely parallel hers. President Trump’s promise to “make America great again” has as a basic corollary, that we get control of the process by which ANYONE comes here, even for a visit, and that we have the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT to refuse entry to any and all as we choose.
So when you try to equate me to “liberals,” you are in serious error and you should be looking in the mirror. Because it’s people like you don’t seem to care if we bastardize our country and allow unworthy people to come here and spread their hateful philosophies! We ARE a nation of immigrants, immigrants who swore an oath to the Constitution, not a bunch of trash just wanting to be taken care of by the hard-working taxpayers of this nation while they go about trying to use our laws against us. You should be ashamed for what you wrote.

Apparently you can't read, so I won't post anything else to you. But have mommy read my post to you, and she can explain the parts you missed. As for not allowing "unworthy trash" into the country, that label applies to about half of the natives, if you haven't noticed.

I think maybe you should roll on over to Stormfront and take all of your "unworthy trash" goose-steppers with you.

The largest source of illegals coming into the USA since 2010 is from Asia. Again, have Mutti Google it for you, and then ask her to read it; or ask one of your Bruders (if any of them can read) to perform the function.

My Mommie died in 2003 at the age of 93. If she were alive today, she’d wash your mouth out with soap! As for your post, I read it completely, and I think you are FOS!

In which case, you should be old enough to know better than to post the things you’ve posted. One of the lies our enemy says about us is that we’re opposed to “immigration.” Thanks for verifying that this, at least in your case, is true.
