Exclusive: Larry Klayman demands FCC pull license from 'Communist News Network'
My column will get right to the point. CNN, which has morphed from the Clinton News Network to the Communist News Network under the stewardship of its ultra leftist, Harvard-educated, 5-foot-6-inch dwarf of a president, Jeff Zucker, was sued today before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The complaint, which is self- explanatory, is excerpted below.
"Freedom Watch and its Leftist Media Strike Force hereby respectfully demand regulatory enforcement action against CNN to fine, discipline and revoke any and all licenses from the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for CNN, or any other legal and appropriate remedial action.
" inciting assassination of the elected President and Vice President, and the Speaker of the House, amounts in effect to treason against the U.S. Constitution and the peaceful transition of power. This is an indictable criminal offense or series of offenses, and it surely violates the regulatory right of CNN to operate under Federal Communications Commission, its enabling statute and regulations.

I’d rather see Congress pull the plug on The FCC. Otherwise known as The Furthering Communism Commission.
I thought only “over-the-air” entities had FCC broadcast licenses.
What are these other “licenses?”
I believe any media, of any type, should be able to publish anything they damn well please. True or not.
So should you.
Idiots.
CNN doesn’t require FCC licenses.
Dim bulb Roger Stone was on this same mistaken warpath a year ago.
And who is going to “take out” Chris Wallace? Shep Smith? Karl Rove? Steve Hayes? Dana PeRino? And all the rest of the NeverTrumpers/Bushies at Fox News?
I understand Clayman’s frustration and believe there was a time when CNN Lemon types would have swiftly been removed and the corporate president too.
CNN is a sign of the ground we have ceded and indulged by our own silence. I can applaud Klayman’s letter. It is the least that could be done that gives the open communists as good as it gets from them. It is a tap on the door of wake up time.
But, you are correct. There are many institutions that folded up on the Republic, including the warm and fuzzy anything goes churches of America and academia that led to CNN exploiting Freedom of Speech to overthrow a Republic.
We slept through the Leftist/communist take over of America, which was promised by Kruschev, but in the old days, CNN would never have license to imply taking out a president, by the manner of their constant rhetoric, lies and implications. Now, we must first win in the streets.

Good
well, that’s not going to happen
Dream squasher.
You are correct, and a call to “pull the license” (even though there is no such thing as a cable license) feeds into the BS that Trump aims to suppress free speech.
In a way, anyone who sends a check to the cable tv company, gives CNN license to broadcast.
Don lemon reads what someone else wrote. How would he k know whether or not it’s fake.
CNN is just a symptom of the rot that has taken over half the country.
I say it’s time to go after the individuals themselves. Start disclosing the names and address of CNN employees, especially the top communist executives.
Unleash the right wing militias, to wreck havoc on CNN properties. Trump just needs to look the other way, while the trash is dealt with once and for all.
“And who is going to take out Chris Wallace? Shep Smith? Karl Rove? Steve Hayes? Dana PeRino? And all the rest of the NeverTrumpers/Bushies at Fox News?”
Yep. I just switched off Fox News (”fair and balanced” my ass) because they’ve obviously gotten a memo to attack Steve Bannon.
In a normal world, I feel the same way. But CNN crosses the line. Not because of their leftist views, but because some of their statements can be dangerous. There are rules both written and unwritten to maintain our civilization by way of civility. Without them, there would be anarchy - as evidenced by the violent demonstrators we’ve been reading about.
There can be no absolutes. Freedom isn’t exactly freedom. We imperfect humans need guidelines to live by. Even the animal kingdom has it’s unwritten rules within each species to maintain the integrity of social groupings. None are perfect nor will any of them ever be perfect. Perfect is a goal, not a destination.
Personally, I think CNN and others should be served notice to either get back to reporting news or change their designation to an activist or political/social opinion network. Which, now that I look at it, is exactly what they’ve become under the guise of a legitimate news network.
CNN isn’t alone in their unhinged frenzy to undo anything to do with President Trump, but that doesn’t absolve any of them. They are eroding the way we should conduct ourselves. The anger out there isn’t genuine, it’s been designed to carry out the agenda behind the propaganda.
The concept isn’t new, but with instant world communication at anyone’s fingertips, a little restraint or responsibility would go a long way toward preserving everyone’s rights.
