This is probably some technicality. W worked most days when he was at his ranch in TX. He also probably worked more while IN the WH. I can guarantee that on the day they got bin Laden, they wouldn’t have had President Bush pulled in for a war room photo wearing golfing clothes and a borrowed jacket, sitting in the corner in the back of the room in a bleeping folding chair.
