So have I. A flip phone with no contract, prepaid, entails buying a prepaid $20 every 3 months, or around $7 a month, which is about the price of a pack of cigarettes. The phone itself will cost around $15.
No telling how many Obama phones that we are paying for that are buried in landfills because the owner wanted to destroy evidence. Yet the service to the phone has never been terminated. The owner had multiple Obama phones so the loss of one was no problem. Service to all Obama phones should automatically terminate every 90 days and they should have to reapply. I have to work to pay for their phone, they should have to do something to keep it. Obama phones should be flip phones with 200 minutes per month max. After the limit, you lose service until the next month.
At a minimum.
But then again, Tracfones are not that expensive and they can buy them with their own money.

Obamaphones should disappear - no exceptions. I lived most of my life without a cell phone, and so can those unwilling or unable to pay for one. No one has a right to consumer products paid for by working Americans.
If it’s being REDUCED to 1.5 billion what the heck was it before it was reduced? I can buy me a lotta Iphones for 1.5 billion!
