(CNN)In what appeared to be an improvised moment, President Donald Trump invited one of his supporters to join him on stage and take the microphone during a rally in Melbourne, Florida, on Saturday night. As the man climbed up, the President addressed security concerns by saying to the crowd, and perhaps to Secret Service agents, "I'm not worried about him. I'm only worried he's going to give me a kiss. I'm not worried about anything else."

Did not like this idea. Hope SS has a talk with him.
Relax. It’s terrific. Trump has the right instincts.
I wouldn’t worry about it. If the media wanted to dig into the past of ANY person whose face was visible in the background, they could find just about anything.
I liked it, I liked the Lord’s Prayer, I liked him throwing his hat...I LOVED him saying he was going to go after those who “manipulate currency to destroy economies”...gee, who was he talking about there, I wonder?
I considered putting the word his in quotes or italics, indicating something special about his people .... but when you're with your friends ... ain't none o'ya' special ... y'jest ..... ARE.
;)
Haha! Loved that, too. Strong signal.
That Nazi-loving collaborator has been drawing oxygen far longer than he has any right to.
Fortunately, like it did with the blind sheik, nature will eventually take its course.
Won’t be soon enough, in my opinion.
The idea that the President is untouchable is one of the reasons the country is in the mess it is. Dare not touch the dirty public...
Settle down. Have a cold one.

Liberal headline: Trump makes homophobic remarks at Nazi-Like Rally....
Trump has amazing instincts. How many millions of his supporters are imagining that Trump is this approachable, just like this guy Huber just experienced? This was a brilliant move by Trump, and I think it really did just happen in the moment, totally unplanned. This is how Trump works. I’m just amazed at the man’s people instincts.

POTUS is the real deal. The thread above is 3 months old, many posters aren’t really fans of The Donald as POTUS and most seemed to think his campaign persona was that of a mad man, yet they all experienced an authentic guy, perhaps a bit lonely, and definitely one of the century’s greatest salesmen.
What strikes me is that whatever Donald sets out to do, he does. I read an anecdote about him discussing running with Melania and she told him: “You know, if you run, you’ll win.” I wonder if, in the dark, at 4:00 a.m., he feels like the dog who finally caught the car and wonders what he’s going to do with it.
He evidently IS accessible and it must chafe now to have the SS running interference.
We have to consider what happened to JFK too.
Thank you so much for that link. I had to read it all. He really is just as nice a person as I have always believed him to be, too bad the world can’t read that.
I am not a young man, nor am I an old man. I have NEVER seen a president that has as much fun as Trump. I was too young to appreciate Reagan. But Trump. He seems to truly enjoy his burden and loves connecting with his supporters AND even more so with his detractors.
Trumps has a welded bond with millions of his American supporters. It’s historic and not been seen in modern America. Youd have to dial back to the founders to see this type of relationship between a leader and the people.
And I loved the way he stepped off the lane's steps and turned around to render a salute to the military escort...
This was hysterical but I don’t think the SS was very happy.
Pass it along to your email list. I did.
