Understood. But URLs embedded in plain text will be converted to links. At least that’s what I’ve experienced..
The poster typed -less than P greater than- (paragraph break) and
then just added the url.
Proper HTML requires usage of use of -less than A HREF greater than-
followed by the -less than /A greater than- for a url hyperlink.
Inspect post #10 and you’ll see the paragraph tags around the URL as well.

but the poster uses the -a href- html properly in that case.
As a test, grab current the URL from your browser’s location widget, and then past it as a response to me without any markup. The result should be a click-able link similar to this:

Agreed. I think it is far more precarious than we know. I am not a conspiracist, but most in DC are against Trump and want him out and will not stop until that is done. Are you aware that Comey had a closed door Intelligence meeting late Friday afternoon for 3 hours. No staff was present, which is highly unusual. Senators delayed going home to meet with Comey. It was unannounced and Comey was noticed by a reporter after the meeting leaving the Capitol. Afterwards, one senator tweeted that it looks more certain than ever that they will have bi partisan hearings on Russian involvement with the election. They are trying harder than ever.

Here is your problem... No one can ever represent all of anyone. And certainly by your logic, your looks better be a 10 because it goes both ways pal.
Obama and whoever has bankrolled him all these years (Soros? Others?), along with the media, entertainment industry, academia and far too many corporate CEOs are doing everything possible to destroy the Trump presidency before it fully gets off the ground. Some how, some way we have to beat them, but it’s a very tall order
