A green card holder who lived a “productive and otherwise-unblemished” life in the U.S. must return to her native Peru after voting in federal elections, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit said Feb. 13 ( Fitzpatrick v. Sessions , 2017 BL 42336, 7th Cir., No. 15-2204, 2/13/17 )...

Wining in the courts even better !!!

B-But the Russians made her do it! I tell you, I tell you it’s true! By the way: Why would the Russians ever want Trump as POTUS when they could have done anything or gotten anything through Hillary? Nobody ever talks about that, how they got all that uranium. You think Trump would agree to that? Hell no. The Russians could have controlled the entire country through Hillary, just pay her off! Make a donation to the Clinton money laundering foundation, everything is for sale.

I hear ICE will be dispatched to polling places in the mid-terms. Any illegals caught voting will likely get 5-8 years prison prior to deportation.

I also hear the gov’t will be going over voting rolls to find illegals.

Pass this info along please.

From Breitbart:
Margarita Del Pilar Fitzpatrick, a Peruvian woman married to an American citizen in Illinois, became registered to vote at a driver’s license issuing office in 2005, according to court records. She presented a valid green card and passport from her home country to satisfy the identification requirements to obtain a license. Because of guidelines under the National Voter Registration Act (a.k.a. Motor Voter), the DMV employee reflexively offered Fitzpatrick the opportunity to register to vote, despite her documented alien status.

Having studied English in college and working as a translator in the medical field, Fitzpatrick reportedly questioned the state employee if she was “supposed to” register. The DMV agent responded, “it’s up to you.” The woman would later sign a document attesting to U.S. citizenship, allowing her to become a fully registered voter, reportedly casting ballots for federal candidates in 2006.

Everyone has Google, even Peruvian ex-pats.

1) You know you are not a citizen
2) You know or can easily find out only citizens can vote

Even a liberal can put these together.

No sympathy here.

Now we need to go after all of the Green Card Holders who have registered to vote.

It seems like an easy job. Send out the list of all green card holders to the States and let them compare that list to their voter registration lists.

It is a felony for non-citizens to register to vote.

green card holder = guest of the US. Break our laws, get kicked out. This is really simple stuff. If you don’t like the consequences of breaking US laws, then don’t break them. If you choose to break them, get caught and then kicked out - stop whining and live with it.

Obviously fake news. Didn’t the Obama Justice Dept. assure us that nobody has ever voted illegally in this country?

My father came to this country in 1956. After being on temporary work visas for three years he was issued a green card in 1959. He never bothered applying for US citizenship. He has never voted because he was expressly told it was ILLEGAL for him to vote in any election until he became a citizen! He follows the law.

To do so, they also engaged in procuring falsification of documents.

Any real itizen would be in jail for the same thing.
