“Tennessee is an employment-at-will state which basically means an employer can end your employment at any time without reason or cause.”

Does anyone know if, ‘employment-at-will’ differs from the, ‘Right To work’ states that won’t let Union Goons strong arm you into paying for their bogus services?

We’re already past the half-way point for, ‘Right To Work’ states, which thrills me to no end! :)

It’s two different things. The one you’re talking about is union related only.

...

It also allows the employee to quit at anytime.

Employ-at-will means you can be terminated “at will” save
anything outside the EEOC guidelines (race, religion, etc).
Georgia is both EAW and RTW.
