Anyone I know who has a Nissan (including myself) has had the car for over a decade at least. 13 years and counting for mine with no major engine issues and no body rot.

I have a 2012 Nissan Versa. Runs like a top. I wouldn’t buy another American car if you paid me.

I’ve got a 2005 Nissan Altima. It’s got about 112, 000 miles on it. Other than general maintenance, the only thing I had to replace was the air conditioning compressor 3 years ago. It’s got the original muffler system too. This car has never been parked in a garage. It’s been out in the elements since it was bought, and only has a couple of small rust spots. The car doesn’t owe me a penny.

I’m older now and not looking to spend above 30k.

I also want an age appropriate car for 48. Or I’d get a camaro :)

I think the Nissan Maxima is a pretty expensive car now, no?
