Our presence in Europe will continuously decrease in Europe, and appropriately so.
For instance, neither Romania or Bulgaria will ever achieve 2% GDP on defense. Nor will most of the other NATO countries including Germany and France.
We would be fools to stay.
Europe is going to be Islamic anyway. Russian dominance is the only thing that might slow it down. But Russia itself is becoming Islamic and growing, thanks astronomically higher birthrates in its southern regions.
