If Trump had this presser carefully organized ahead of time--like who he was going to call upon--he could have Sean Spicer prep him on likely questions and forearm him with background info on those to be chosen.

I didn't know April's back history here, but as soon as I read it, I thought, "Gee, that must be why Trump asked her to schedule a meeting!" Our President doesn't miss much!
