I think you probably realize those are REGULATIONS, and not laws.

POTUS can order the regulations to be changed. And nobody can stop him.

In fact, only through, ultimately, Executive Power can the existing regulations be enforced.

No, the president can’t change the personnel regulations. The Fed govt has a union and it has contracts, and those contracts quote the regs.

Look, this isn’t even debateable. He can remove them from positions. He can’t cut pay, he can’t relocate them more than 50 miles from previous place of work, he can’t make working conditions horrible. All that is lawsuits he would lose.

You guys only have a vague notion of what federal employee regs are and what the unions secured. It’s far worse than you think. YOU CAN’T DO THESE THINGS. The courts have to adjudicate by rule of contract law and these things are all in contracts.

Hell, you can’t even get pensions cut without the courts saying no. You think you can get people put into buildings with no facilities? You have no clue.
