In an amended complaint filed this week, Stein argues Pennsylvania’s recount procedure violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s due process guarantee, because it contains no mechanism for individual voters to review a record of their ballot after casting their vote on an electronic interface.

On that basis, 50 years of mechanical lever based voting was also unconstitutional.

On the voting machines I have used, your vote is not actually cast until it is submitted. Is this crazy woman asking for a record of their votes after they have been submitted?
