If you’re talking about Epstein I believe that any deal would have included a “no contest” or “guilty” admission... they certainly had the documentation to make charges stick.
Actually, a person is guilty or innocent regardless of what is decided in court. Our “justice system” is designed to protect the wealthy and powerful and to control the little people.
