The girls in the Jeffery Epstein case clearly are not Haitian, and there is certainly no indication they were ever in any kind of orphanage or connected to any catastrophic event such as the Haitian earthquake.
IIRC, the main plaintiff, Ms. Ghirlaine is from NYC or New Jersey.

There are conflicts all over the world. I think George Webb mentioned that many of the Jane Does were from the Balkan conflicts in the 90s.
